Purchasing rare and exotic plants online should be an exciting experience, not a stressful one. Follow this simple guide to successfully secure the newest addition to your collection.

Explore our curated collections of Aroids, Specialty Plants, and Supplies. Carefully read the product descriptions and view all provided photos. Unless specifically labeled as "Exact Plant," the photos represent the average size, color, and variegation of the batch you are purchasing from.
Once you find your perfect plant, click Add to Cart.
Review Your Cart
Navigate to your shopping cart to review your selections. Please note our specific ordering thresholds:
Minimum Order: Your cart subtotal must be at least $100 to proceed to checkout.
Free Shipping: If your subtotal reaches $500 or more, free standard worldwide shipping will automatically be unlocked!
Shipping Details
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. We proudly ship worldwide! Please double-check that your address, including apartment numbers, is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipping costs (if under $500) will be calculated based on your location and chosen shipping speed.
Choose Your Payment
We offer two categories of secure payment. Select the one that works best for you:
Instant Payments:
Pay instantly via Credit Card or Apple Pay. Your order is secured immediately.
Manual App Payments:
You can choose to pay via Zelle, CashApp, or Chime. If you select one of these, you will receive our payment handle on the next screen.
CRITICAL STEP FOR APP PAYMENTS: You must manually send the funds via your chosen app within 2 hours of placing the order, and you MUST include your 5-digit Order Number in the payment memo. Unpaid orders expire after 2 hours.
Processing & Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your order moves to our greenhouse. We take 3 to 5 business days to properly acclimate, prep, and securely pack your plants in premium sphagnum moss.
To prevent plants from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You will receive a tracking email the moment your box leaves our facility!
Ordering Pro-Tips
Weather Considerations
We monitor weather at our facility and your destination. We include free heat or cold packs as needed. However, if extreme weather poses a threat, we will email you and hold your plants safely in our greenhouse until it clears.
Combining Orders
Placed an order but saw another plant you must have? Place a second order and email us immediately with both order numbers. If your first order hasn't been packed, we will combine them and refund the extra shipping cost.
