Standard Delivery
2 to 5 Business DaysOur reliable standard option. Free on all orders over $500! For orders under $500, rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
Express Delivery
1 to 2 Business DaysHighly recommended for our most delicate rare aroids and specialty plants to minimize transit stress and ensure peak health upon arrival.
Same Day Delivery
Order Before 2:00 PMAvailable in select local zones only. Place your order before 2:00 PM (Local Time) and receive your plants by the end of the day.
Dispatch Schedule & Processing Time
It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to properly acclimate and prep your order. To prevent live plants from sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend, we only hand off packages to our carriers on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
The Packaging Process
With over a decade of experience, we have perfected the art of shipping fragile botanical specimens across the globe. Our methods are designed to minimize shock and preserve foliage.

Bare-Root Shipping Most plants are shipped bare-root, carefully wrapped in premium, slightly damp sphagnum moss to protect the delicate root system while reducing shipping weight.

Structural Protection Plants are taped and secured inside rigid custom boxes to ensure they do not shift, crush, or break during transit.

Climate Shielding We utilize thermal insulation wraps to protect against sudden temperature drops or spikes while in the cargo hold.
Weather Holds & Packs
We actively monitor the weather at our Texas facility and your destination zip code. During extreme cold or heatwaves, we will automatically include heat packs or cold packs completely free of charge.
If temperatures are deemed too dangerous for transit (e.g., deep freezes or extreme heat domes), we will place a Weather Hold on your order and notify you via email. We will safely care for your plant in our greenhouse until the weather clears.
