Immaculate packaging and stunning plant.
I ordered a Monstera Albo and was incredibly nervous about it shipping across the country. The packaging was a work of art. The roots were perfectly insulated in moss, and the variegation is even better than the photos. A+ experience!

Exceptional quality for international delivery.
Importing rare aroids to Europe can be risky, but Leaf Loom handled the phytosanitary certificate seamlessly. My Philodendron Gloriosum arrived in 4 days via Express and didn't drop a single leaf. Truly professional growers.

Beautiful Anthurium, slight shipping delay.
The Anthurium Clarinervium I received is absolutely gorgeous with massive, velvet leaves. I took off one star because FedEx delayed the package by a day at customs, but the phenomenal packaging kept the plant completely safe.

The healthiest root system I've ever seen.
I've bought from many online plant shops, and Leaf Loom is by far the best. The roots on my Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma were thick, white, and fully established. You can tell they actually grow and care for these plants before selling them.

Plant is okay, dropped a leaf.
The Alocasia Dragon Scale arrived alive, but it had significant shipping stress and dropped its oldest leaf a few days after unboxing. Customer service explained this is normal for Alocasias during acclimation, and it is currently pushing out a new leaf now.

Exceeded all my expectations!
I bought a 'Grower's Choice' Syngonium Albo and the variegation I received is top-tier. Half-moon leaves and super healthy. I love the care guide card they included in the box.

My go-to shop for rare aroids.
This is my fourth order with Leaf Loom. Their pest management is clearly superior—I've never found a single thrip or spider mite on any plant I've received from them. Highly, highly recommend.

Great customer service and solid packaging.
I had an issue where my payment via Apple Pay timed out, but their email support team sorted it out within 20 minutes. The Scindapsus Silver Hero arrived in pristine condition, just slightly smaller than I visualized.

A masterpiece! Highly recommend.
Purchased from the 'Unicorn Plants' section. It is a massive investment, but the genetic lineage is certified, and the specimen is flawless. The thermal wrapping protected it perfectly during transit.

Unicorn plant acquired safely.
I was terrified to buy a Monstera Thai Constellation online, but Leaf Loom's Live Arrival Guarantee gave me peace of mind. It arrived in Chicago without a single blemish.

Gorgeous variegation, took a while to acclimate.
The Epipremnum Albo has stunning white patterns. It did take about two weeks in my indoor greenhouse cabinet to fully acclimate and perk up after the long flight to Italy, but it's growing vigorously now.

Flawless transaction from start to finish.
Bought a Soltech Grow Light and a Homalomena Rubescens. Both arrived together, packed meticulously. The educational blog posts on the site are also incredibly helpful for new collectors.

Smaller than expected, but healthy.
I ordered a baby plant bundle. They are definitely "babies"—much smaller than I anticipated. However, the root systems are solid and they are pest-free. Just know that baby plants require patience!

DocBlock genetics are unbelievable.
Finding genuine DocBlock Anthurium hybrids in the UK is incredibly difficult. Leaf Loom delivered a pristine specimen with dark, velvety leaves. The root ball was completely preserved in moss. 10/10.

Perfect packaging, heat pack kept it warm.
Ordered during a slightly colder week. The team proactively added a heat pack and thermal bubble wrap. The Philodendron Florida Ghost arrived warm and perfectly intact. Grazie!
