The Purchasing Process
Because our rare plants are highly sought after, inventory moves quickly. Here is what you need to know about placing an order with Leaf Loom Plants.
Minimum Order
To ensure we can provide the highest quality packaging and climate-controlled materials for worldwide shipping, we require a strictly enforced Minimum Order of $100. Carts under this amount cannot proceed to checkout.
Cart & Shipping
Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. We offer worldwide shipping calculated at checkout. Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $500 (automatically applied).
Processing
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our greenhouse processing queue. Plants are carefully acclimated, packed in premium sphagnum moss, and typically shipped within 3-5 business days.
Accepted Payment Methods
Instant Payments
These methods are processed instantly and automatically secure your order in our system.
- Credit & Debit Cards We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure, encrypted checkout gateway.
- Apple Pay For a faster mobile checkout experience, Apple Pay is available for users on supported Apple devices and Safari browsers.
Manual App Payments
We accept popular peer-to-peer payment apps. Choosing these requires a manual transfer after checkout.

Important App Payment Instructions
If you select Zelle, CashApp, or Chime at checkout, you will receive our payment handle/email on the confirmation screen. You must send the exact order total within 2 hours, and you MUST include your 5-digit Order Number in the app's note/memo section. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 2 hours.
Modifications &
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you might want to add another plant to your order or need to update a shipping address. We are happy to accommodate changes only if your order has not yet entered the packing phase.
If you need to combine a new order with an existing one to save on shipping, please place the second order and email us immediately. If eligible, we will refund the shipping difference.
To request a change or cancellation, you must email sales@leafloomplants.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
