Hoya verticillata ‘Black Margin’ *Grower’s Choice*

Hoya verticillata ‘Black Margin’ is a striking selection distinguished by its glossy green leaves edged with deep, dark margins that become more pronounced as the foliage matures. The leaves are thick, slightly cupped, and neatly arranged along climbing vines, creating a clean, sculptural appearance with strong contrast between the center and outer edge of each leaf. Under bright indirect light, the darker borders can intensify further, while new growth often emerges lighter before gradually deepening in tone. This cultivar grows steadily with support and performs best in warm conditions with an airy substrate and moderate humidity, eventually producing clusters of waxy, fragrant flowers typical of the species.
