Philodendron verrucosum variegated *Grower’s Choice*

Philodendron verrucosum variegated is a highly sought-after velvety climbing aroid known for its deeply textured, heart-shaped leaves with rich emerald to deep green tones and striking variegation in cream, pale yellow, or soft mint. The foliage is covered in a fine, plush velvet surface, contrasted by vivid, pale venation that becomes even more dramatic when paired with variegated sectors or marbling. Petioles are often fuzzy and richly colored, adding to its ornate, tropical appearance. As it climbs, leaf size increases significantly, and the velvety texture becomes more pronounced under stable, humid conditions. It thrives in bright, indirect light to preserve variegation stability, a consistently airy and moisture-retentive substrate, and warm, high-humidity environments that support its lush, continuous growth habit.
